Omega Communications Ltd. was founded in 1976 as a product servicing company by two senior electronic communications technicians. In the 1980's it grew into a sales and service organization, due to the growing demand for upgrades.
From what initially started as a 2 person company has now grown to over 20 full time employees. As Omega expanded, it diversified and developed a number of related companies under the Omega name including:

- Omega Monitoring Inc.
- Omega Cellular Ltd.
- Dominion Leasing Services Ltd.
- Omega Holdings Ltd.
- Omega Cable Inc.
- Omega Solutions Inc.
- Omega Cordless Technologies Ltd.
Our product line has also expanded tremendously to include two-way radios, SCADA & telemetry, pagers, wireless broadband, and more. At the beginning of the new century, Omega also ventured into wireless healthcare products and has been going strong with this initiative ever since. The company even segmented itself into two divisions: Wireless Solutions and Healthcare Solutions.
