Like Sensatec, simply plug in the sensor pad and monitoring starts automatically
Both the motion pad and the incontinence pad can be used at the same time
The alarm beeps when pressure on the pad disappears (ex. Patient leans forward to get up) or when the incontinence pad detects fluid (ex. Patient is incontinent)
When pressure is reapplied (resident lays down again), the alarm will stop
Set the position an individual is left in as well as the time delay between repositioning reminders. Staff can monitor if an individual changes positions themselves and act accordingly
Advanced 3 Way Care can be fully integrated into any nurse call system

Additions with Advanced 3 Way Care

Incontinence Detection
While using the Fall Management pad, the Advanced 3 Way Care control unit will also plug into a disposable fluid-sensing pad. When the pad detects incontinence situations, it signals an audio/visual alert, enabling faster staff response to restore patient dignity and reduce the risk of skin breakdown and infection.
Benefit: Skin is better cared for and residents are more comfortable due to quicker staff response
Repositioning Reminders
The control unit will make note of the position an individual was left in and alarm after a pre-set time for their position to be changed. If they changed on their own, it will be noted on the device and staff will know repositioning is not necessary.
Benefit: Helps to eliminate bed sores and pressure ulcers
