CONCERNED ABOUT SECURITY WITH YOUR DIGITAL BOX & PPV?
Pay Per View (PPV) cannot be used unless authorized by you with a credit card. We have to activate it in your box before it can work (we do this remotely via satellite). The box also has to stay connected to a telephone line in order to operate.
If you do activate PPV on your box, you can prevent renters from accessing and using these channels with the use of a lock code you program into the box yourself via the remote control. So do not worry, your renters cannot leave you with any surprise bills if you take the necessary steps to set up the system properly.
